Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer Program (P-EBT)

The Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer Program is scheduled to end nationally on September 30, 2023. 

If your child was a Richland School District student during the 2022-2023 school year, you should have already received notification in the mail from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services SNAP concerning the Summer P-EBT card.

If you have not received this or if you have any questions concerning the P-EBT benefits from this year or any past years you must contact the DHS family support center as soon as possible.  The DHS will be closing the support center at the end of November 2023.

If you need to contact the DHS family support center you can use any of the following methods, prior to the end of November.
