About Me

Hello! My name is Savanna Marsh. Welcome to my webpage! I am so excited to be teaching 3rd Grade at Richland Elementary School!! This upcoming school year will be my fourth year teaching at Richland Elementary. Prior to teaching here,  I taught 3rd Grade at Forest Hills Elementary School for a year and also worked as an AmeriCorps member for a year. I graduated from Richland High School in 2011 and continued my education at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown earning my Bachelor's Degree in 2015. I am currently pursuing my Master's Degree at Slippery Rock University as a Reading Specialist. I just had a son in February 2020. His name is Cooper! Some of my interests include playing soccer, fitness and nutrition, bike riding, crafting, and spending time with my family and friends.     

 

Third grade is a fun, exciting year for students! They will be learning many new concepts in Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.  Students will be actively engaged in lessons through hands-on learning experiences and technology. My goal is for every student to be successful both inside and outside of the classroom. I am looking forward to a fun-filled school year!!
