Special Education Plan Report (07/01/2018 - 06/30/2021)

We are pleased to announce that the District's Special Education Plan Report (07/01/2018 - 06/30/2021) is now complete and available for public review. The report is available for review by visiting the RSD Administration Office at 1 Academic Avenue, Johnstown, PA, or by clicking on the link below. The plan will be presented to the Board of School Directors for approval and submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Education following public review.
