Welcome to Fourth Grade and Room 124. I am very excited to work with my students and their families. I have been a "Richland Ram" since I was nine years old, and I am very dedicated to my school and community. I am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, majoring in Biology and General Sciences, and Minoring in Math. I completed my Elementary Teacher Certification through programs at St. Vincent College. I have also earned a Master's Degree in Education from the St. Francis University. I have over twenty years of teaching experience throughout my career, and I have had the privilege of working with all age groups, from newborns to young adults. I strive to create a positive learning environment in my classroom. My main focus is for my students to learn skills and strategies which will prepare them for their educational future, while fostering accountability and greater independence.
