Our class had a great week.  We worked hard in reading.   You can look for books in the library about Henry and Mudge.  There are lots of them to enjoy. 

 It was so nice to meet so many of you on Back to School Night.   Remember to back a healthy snack for school on mOnday to Thursday.  Parents, be sure to check for your child's folder and agenda nightly.

Our class is ready for third grade.  We have learned so much.   Don't forget to keep reading over the summer.  Enjoy a chapter book.   Remember to keep up on math facts and practice money if you are shopping.

Our class now has learned all the upper class cursive letters.   

Next week, look for writing samples and journals that were completed this year.   It is enjoying to read through the journals and look for progress in the writing samples.
