After reading the letter, all parents must complete a brief form to indicate which type of instructional delivery they are choosing for their students for the upcoming school year. This form is designed to capture parent and student choices regarding which learning model they wish to use for the 2020-21 school year. The school district needs families to complete this information for each registered student in grades K-12.
This selection form is required for every student by Friday, July 31, at 12:00 pm.
