23-24 School Year - Online Forms Reminder

Please log into your PowerSchool Parent Portal account at www.richlandsd.com to complete the following forms if you have not yet completed them for the 23-24 school year. It is imperative that this information is kept up to date.

  • Student Contacts - Review/update your family email address, military status, and emergency contacts.
  • Richland School District Emergency Procedure Card - Provide updates to your preferred medical services. Medical history, medications, and authorizations for over-the-counter medications will be maintained on this form.
  • Device Use Agreement - Verify that you have read the Mobile Electronic Use Agreement.
  • Permission/Agreements - Verify that you have reviewed the Parent/Student Handbook and select permissions for Media Release.

After completing the above documents, you will see a "pending" status. After review by school personnel, your information will be updated and your documents will reflect "approved" status. 

Parents are able to sign up for notifications by clicking "Preferences," and then selecting "Yes" under Enable Parent Notifications.
