TITLE 1 DISTINGUISHED SCHOOL
Richland School District is proud to announce that Richland Elementary School has been named a Title I Distinguished School by the PA Department of Education for the 2018-2019 School Year. The PA Department of Education selected 158 Title I schools (out of 1700) to be recognized.
