Today, the Pittsburgh Business Times released their "Statewide Rankings" of the Top Scoring Districts in the annual Guide to Southwestern Pennsylvania Schools. For the 12th consecutive year, Richland School District has been ranked #1 in Cambria County. Richland also ranked #1 in the four-county Appalachia Intermediate Unit 08, which consists of all public school districts in Bedford, Blair, Cambria, and Somerset Counties.
