Senior Banquet Award Winners

This past week, the Richland High School Class of 2022 Senior Awards Banquet was held at the Ace's Banquets and Catering. Members of the high school administration, faculty, Richland School District Foundation, and community members presented many awards and scholarships to members of the Richland High School Class of 2022. Students were honored for their academic achievements both in and out of the classroom. Over $29,000 was awarded during the course of the evening. In addition to that amount, this year's Senior Class has received over $6,377,234 in scholarships from various institutions. We are exceptionally proud of all of the accomplishments of the Richland High School Class of 2022.

FREE Bus Driver Training

Miller Motor Company will be holding a new school bus driver training class at our facility in Richland (former Dravis Lumber site at 4505 Elton Road) on May 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th, 2022.

The classes will run from 9am – 1pm. Miller's will provide the training at no cost.

If you know of anyone with an interest in becoming a bus driver, let me know and send them our way!

Richland High School Competes at the State TSA (Technology Student Association) Conference

Richland High School Technology Student Association competed this past week (April 21-23, 2022) at the Pennsylvania TSA Conference, for a chance to qualify for Nationals.

Richland Junior and Senior High School Chapters took 27 members to the conference and were awarded 18 state champions (the most in school history). We would like to thank all members of Richland TSA for their hard work and dedication over the past six months.

5th Annual Richland School District Foundation Golf Outing is Scheduled for July 23rd

The Richland School District Foundation is a 501c3 charitable organization with a mission to support academics, arts, and athletic programs and activities of the Richland School District. The Richland School District Foundation annually awards scholarships to deserving students in academics, the arts, and in athletics (“the 3 A’s”). The Richland School District Foundation carries out other worthy projects such as providing innovative teaching grants to our dedicated teachers and providing financial support to our School Resource Officer (SRO) program, our nationally award winning technology (TSA) program, the Richland After Prom Program (RAPP), and the district-wide anti-bully program to name a few.
