Appeal Process:

Section 67,1101 of the Right to Know Law governs the appeal procedure. To appeal the determination, you must submit a written appeal to the Office of Open Records stating the ground upon which you believe the records requested are a public record and address the ground on which the District based the denial. The Law requires the appeal be filed within 15 business days of receipt of the denial.
