Civics and PA History Information
Hello! I have the pleasure of teaching 7th grade social studies at Richland High School.
This course will cover both Pennsylvania History and Civics. The primary focus of the course will be to help young people develop an ability to make informed, reasoned, and educated decisions for the public good as citizens as well as understand our state's interesting history. Students will also develop their critical thinking and literacy skills.
This year's assignments and communication will primarily occur through Google Classroom.
Materials needed: Students will need to bring a writing utensil, notebook or binder with loose leaf paper, charged Chromebooks, and a positive learning attitude to class.
