How do I log into the PowerSchool Student Portal?

How do I log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal?

The PowerSchool Parent Portal now uses a Single Sign-On. You may have had a different username and password for each of your students in the past, but now you are able to access information for all of your Richland students with one Parent Account!

If you already have a Parent Account and know your username and password, simply sign in via the Parent Portal link.

I forgot my Parent Portal Username and/or Password!

If you forgot your Parent Portal username or password, click the "Forgot Username or Password?" link at the bottom of the sign in screen.

I forgot my Parent Portal Password

To recover your Parent Portal Password via the web "Recover Account Sign In Information" page, you must know your Parent Username and Parent Email Address associated with your PowerSchool Parent Account. Enter this information correctly and you will receive an email from PowerSchool (check your junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox) with a link to reset your password.

I forgot my Parent Portal Username

To recover your Parent Portal Password via the web "Recover Account Sign In Information" page, you must know your Parent Email Address associated with your PowerSchool Parent Account. Enter this information correctly and you will receive an email from PowerSchool (check your junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox) with your username.

If you have recovered your username and are still unsure about your password, you can now enter your correct username and email address to reset your password.

Your username and/or password can always be reset by the Richland School District Technology Office. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you're in need of assistance!

I need to sign up for a Parent Portal Account

If you do not have an Access ID and Password for your student(s), please contact the Richland School District Technology Office to sign up for a Parent Portal Account.

If you were given an Access ID and Password for your student(s), you can sign up for a Parent Portal Account online.

1. Visit our Parent Portal Login Page
2. Click the "Create Account" tab

3. Click the "Create Account" button

4. Enter your Parent Account Details

5. To Link Students to your Account, enter the Student Name, the Access ID and Access Password you were given for that student by the school district, and your Relationship to the student.

*Note: The online form allows you to link up to seven students to your account. If you need to link more students to your account, please contact the Richland School District Technology Office.
